What is NDIS Core Support?
NDIS Core Supports/Support work refers to the direct assistance and support provided to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Support workers, also known as disability support workers or personal care attendants, play a vital role in helping participants with various aspects of their daily lives and achieving their goals. NDIS support workers are responsible for providing hands-on assistance and support tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
NDIS support workers are guided by the principles of person-centered care, respecting the rights, dignity, and choices of participants. They strive to empower individuals with disabilities, enhance their independence, and promote their overall quality of life.
It is important to note that NDIS Core support work may vary depending on the participant’s specific needs, goals, and the support category they are funded under in their NDIS plan. The support worker’s role is to provide direct assistance and support as outlined in the participant’s individualized support plan, working in collaboration with other professionals and service providers to meet the participant’s requirements.

“Just started with Inspire Consulting and so far it has been a good experience. Finding a service provider in a rural area is extremely challenging and it is refreshing to find a professional organisation willing to venture into rural areas. Looking forward to a long and fruitful working relationship..”
